How would I have customers connect to a menu system during business hours?¶
To accomplish this, you’ll need to create a schedule extension as well as an IVR extension. The IVR extension is the menu system and will enable customers to choose how their call is directed based upon the number selection they make. The schedule extension will allow for calls to be directed to the IVR extension during business hours. The schedule extension also lets you decide how calls should be directed after business hours.
