Potential Causes

Is the number being ported in from another carrier?

If the number that is not ringing correctly is being ported in from another carrier, ensure the port has fully completed. If a number transfer is not yet complete the number won’t ring. If the FOC date has not yet passed this is likely the cause of your issue.

The Number is associated with a SIP extension

If the number is associated with a SIP extension, and fails to ring start by checking whether or not the extension has any devices registered. The bottom of the SIP extension configuration page should show whether or not a SIP device is registered.
