Forwarding Extension Creation and Configuration¶

Step 1¶

1. Click on the Phone Numbers tab

Step 2 - Extension Selection¶

1. A menu showing your phone numbers and the extensions they are currently associated with should appear like the one shown above. 2. Find the number you wish to make the adjustment to and then select the extension you’d like incoming calls to that number directed to from the ‘Extension’ dropdown list as shown above 3. After you’ve selected the extension you want the incoming calls forwarded to, click the Save button as show above
