Forwarding Extension Creation and Configuration¶

Step 1 - Extension Creation¶

1. Set Extension Type to Forwarding and click the Create Extension button

Step 2 - Extension Selection¶

1. Select created forwarding extension from the extension list

Step 3 - Call Forwarding¶

1. Set the Call Forward dropdown to a one of the available extensions in the list and click the Save button beneath the dropdown
2. To forward to an external number set Call Forward to External Forward. In the textbox labeled External Forward that appears input a 10 digit phone number and click the Save button

Step 4 - Meta Information¶

1. In the textbox labeled Extension Description input a description for the extension if desired
2. Click the appropriate Save button
